Who to write
Employers posting jobs
Write to tim@wastewaterjobs.com about a new listing, a change to one you already paid for, or a question before you post. A basic listing is $150 and a promoted listing is $200.
Job seekers
Write to the same address if a listing looks wrong, the apply link does not open, or you cannot find a role. Applications go to the employer. This site does not collect them.
Billing and refunds
Write to tim@wastewaterjobs.com about a charge or a receipt. A single post can be refunded before the listing is approved. The refund policy explains what happens after approval.
