We are looking for a proactive problem solver—someone as comfortable troubleshooting biological processes in the field as they are managing project budgets and design specs.

-
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical precision, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
-
Design & Engineering: Develop detailed UF/MF/RO skid designs, including membrane selection, flux calculations, and fouling mitigation.
-
Technical Documentation: Produce P&IDs, GA drawings, and full fabrication packages.
-
Equipment Specs: Size and select pumps, blowers, aeration grids, and instrumentation based on flow and pressure drop analysis.
-
Controls Liaison: Review PLC logic, HMI screens, and functional descriptions with the controls team.
-
Field Leadership: Lead onsite startup (leak testing, VFD tuning, wet testing) and provide client training/O&M support.
Core Qualifications
-
Experience: 10+ years in industrial/municipal wastewater treatment.
-
Systems Expertise: Deep knowledge of membrane-based (UF/MBR) and biological (MBBR/IFAS) systems.
-
Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD (3D modeling of skids, P&IDs, GA drawings, and fabrication packages) preferred.
-
PM Skills: Proven success in budgeting, cost estimating, and project execution.
