Role Accountabilities:
As a Structural Engineer on our Resilience Water team, you’ll be at the forefront of designing the next generation of sustainable infrastructure. From upgrading water and wastewater treatment facilities to developing shoreline protection systems and resilient stormwater and distribution networks, your work will directly contribute to building stronger, more adaptive communities.

Key Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have strong proficiency in structural design software, particularly STAAD Pro, along with practical experience using AutoCAD and Revit. A solid understanding of relevant codes and standards, such as the International Building Code (IBC) and American Concrete Institute (ACI) guidelines, is essential. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to prepare and review a wide range of engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical, especially for technical writing and effective collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about sustainability and delivering innovative design solutions.

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days of PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,916 - $161,405. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
